1. How do I pay if my location is outside Bulgaria?
At this moment, our customers can pay only with bank transfer. Upon reception of your order we will contact you and send you a PI indicating our bank details.
2. What about the cost of shippment?
Shipment rates are based on prices that are being quotted to us by major international forwarders, like DHL.
They are automaticaly added in the cost of your purchase depending on your location and weight of the goods.
However sometimes we need to ammend the shipping cost, due to increasing/decresing rates of delivery.
Should this happen, we will contact you in advance.
3. How soon can I expect delivery?
Usually it takes about 7-10 days to deliver goods to our customers abroad. Again, if you have urgent request, please write to us or give us a call, we will try our best to make a faster delivery.
